Our client is a financial startup that is quickly becoming the leader in online customer acquisition solutions for financial institutions. Its suite of products and services includes online account opening, consumer marketing, fraud prevention and an in-house software development kit. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Java Engineer immediately.
Responsibilities:
- The Java Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the Universal Origination Platform
- Java Engineer will be working with a global team that uses an agile development process
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of software development experience in Java server side technologies
- Good OO design/concepts, Data modeling concepts and Core Java skills
- Very skilled on the Web for HTML, Javascript, CSS, and AJAX techniques
- Experience working with Spring or Seam required (Seam preferred)
- Working knowledge of some of the following is desired - JSF, Hibernate, jQuery, Richfaces
- Prior startup experience desirable
- Willingness and ability to take on complex projects independently
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
